Well you have all been waiting for this. This IS the ultimate in keeping your TD42 Cool, designed and tested here in Australia using only the highest quality parts.

Suits all GQ TD42 Engines

This fan and hub is much larger than any Nissan fan and out performs all of the Nissan units by up to and over 10 deg (based on averages after testing on many vehicles with varying fan/hub configurations including the G35 Fans)

The adaptor has been designed and engineered from the ground up with a true centre spigot to keep it all perfectly lined up and spinning true.

The fan is a Genuine Mitsubishi Fan, NOT an Aftermarket cheap quality unit that will over flex and hit your shroud or radiator. (yes we could give you a cheap fan, but we don't want to take this risk, do you?)

The Viscous Hub is the Highest quality Aftermarket unit, manufactured by a company with over 45 locations in almost 20 countries, so rest assured your getting a quality product, again - this is no cheap Chinese product.

Forget adding oil to your current setup, that only makes the fan engage all the time, it drags power away from the engine and still doesn't help anywhere near enough, even with the G35 fan. Trust us, we have tried. :) With this setup you can really hear when the fan engages and disengages so you know its working well.

This kit also includes a Dayco D79A Thermostat and a Genuine Nissan Thermostat housing gasket. The Dayco D79A Thermostat fully opens slightly later than the standard Nissan Thermostat but it also blocks the bypass hole, which stops the constant hot water circulating and allows the thermostat to properly work. From the testing we have found it gives the engine a more consistent water temp at the same time as allowing the radiator to cool the water more efficiently .

Also included in this kit is the Koyorad Alloy/Plastic Radiator at an affordable price these can be included in the kit without sacrificing quality. Adrad is a trusted brand in the Radiator Industry.

Mackay Top and Bottom Radiator Hoses as well as a new Radiator Cap are also in the package.

Genuine Nissan Water Pump and Gasket are the final pieces to the Ultimate Kit. We have always found the Genuine water pumps to be the most reliable and best quality on the market and when these water pumps are paired with a good fan, radiator and thermostat combo, there is simply no reason to bother with a high flow super expensive custom water pump.

NOTE : This will only work with a stock size radiator, IE 2 core on GQ and 1 core on GU, any thicker upgraded radiators like 3 core on GQ or 2 core on GU or custom made larger radiators may cause this fan to foul on the shroud or the radiator itself. We will not be liable if you damage your shroud or radiator after fitting this fan and not checking your fan clearances are safe.

Overheating problem solver! Best package solution on the market.

My GQ4.2TD was running hot, wouldn’t run below 90 and on hot day and/or under load on or off road it would run hotter. I have a redarc electronic temp gauge that would occasionally alarm at 120, when this last happened I knew it was time to speak to an expert. I was also experiencing egt issues on the blacktop, and not just the standard patrol egt issues; it was tedious and dangerous. Aaron was the obvious solution, there’s not many trustworthy and knowledgeable people in the game however Aaron’s reputation and attitude surpassed my expectations. I had seen Aaron’s packages advertised, plenty of mixed reviews. The more experienced people I know had rated them highly. I thought for the price it was to good to be true. I didn’t mess around, I paid Aaron to install despite his thorough installation explanation. I’m sure you could easily install yourself. Temps are running 15-25 degrees lower, no spiking or going over 90 on my drive back from Yea today in 40 degree heat, swag and kayak on roof and aircon on. This is a dead set problem solver! You’d be crazy to not get Aaron’s amazing package. Thanks Aaron, your a legend!

These thermostats are longer in the body than standard and block the bypass therefore allowing no hot water to circulate until thermostat opens, they have been proven to make a substantial difference in the TD42 engines, especially ones that have the "kettle" heating issue.
