Description
The Carbon Offroad Scout Pro RS Series winches are built with racing and high line speed operation in mind. Designed for applications where fast recovery and controlled winching are required, the RS Series focuses on increased motor output and reduced gear reduction.
The RS Series uses a shortened 2023 Version 3 winch chassis shared with the Carbon Offroad 12K platform. An 8.0HP motor is fitted to deliver increased line speed, and due to the motor length, clearance and fitment should be confirmed using the technical drawings prior to installation. Fitment responsibility remains with the installer or end user.
The RS9 9000lb winch is supplied with an 8mm high density pre stretched UHMWPE synthetic winch rope rated at 14,000lb minimum breaking strain. A heavy duty braced rope thimble is fitted for end termination.
