Ignore the complexity of custom parts—this kit features standard rotors and readily available brake pads, making replacements easy to find at auto parts stores throughout Australia. The 330mm diameter brake rotors (which are 24mm larger than standard) are mounted on durable CNC-machined adaptor hats made from medium tensile steel for increased strength. This offers a significant benefit over kits with aluminum adaptor hats, which can suffer from bolt hole elongation under tough conditions.
Notably larger than the 4.8 Patrol brakes, Off Road Engineering’s kit accommodates 17” rims, with confirmed compatibility for select 16” rims. Please note that factory Patrol 16” rims are not compatible.
Designed for optimal performance on and off-road, the kit includes DBA T3 5000 Series slotted brake rotors, 4-piston calipers, CNC-machined adaptors, NAS bolts, and nuts, along with Street or Extreme performance DBA brake pads. It's important to note that, like any brake upgrade, this kit requires a mod plate for legal road use.
